Our M1000 SSD servers are currently offline. Here is what happened and where we stand.
The cause is a suspected failure of a Rittal power distribution unit (PDU) — the hardware that feeds power to that row of servers, and a unit that has proven unreliable for us.
A datacenter visit is already scheduled to replace the failed unit.
You don't need to do anything. Once your server is powered back up, your seedbox picks up where it left off. If anything looks off after it returns, open a ticket and I'll take a look.
