We discovered that a significant portion of our outgoing emails; invoices, ticket replies etc. Were silently being dropped for an extended period. Our internal email kept working fine, which masked the problem from our side.
This has been fixed. All outgoing e-mail is delivering normally again.
We know some of you have missed important emails, such as invoices. We are sorry, this is our failure.
