This patch mainly addresses some newly come up stability and reliability issues caused by Deluge, qBittorrent and Docker.
Some convenience things (new MOTD) and huge bump on PHP performance, especially noticeable on ruTorrent loading.
This has already been pushed to approximately 15% of nodes.
Rest will be on rolling release as usual, or on per user request.
If your node still has old version (noticeable on SSH MOTD for example if it's new) and you want newest version just open a ticket.
We do rolling release for quality assurance.
