Honesty Pays Off at Pulsed Media
We want to share a recent incident that highlights the importance of our community in helping us provide the best service possible.
One of our users, S.Y., recently discovered that he still had access to a previous 10G seedbox after his service period had ended. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, S.Y. promptly reported the issue to us.
This act of honesty not only helped us identify a potential issue in our system, but also reinforced the trust and integrity that forms the backbone of our community at Pulsed Media.
As a token of our appreciation, we rewarded S.Y. with a ~1month service credit. We believe in acknowledging and rewarding honesty, and this incident is a perfect example of that.
