The e-mail delivery issues has been resolved for now. Only time will tell how much gets blocked by the new IPs.

What we did was acquire a couple of inexpensive virtual servers and we are now relaying e-mail via them.

Logs tell us the e-mail not delivered earlier today has been now delivered - but due to the habit of silently dropping e-mail we have no means to verify all of the recipients has been reached :(

Please, let us know if you were expecting e-mail from us and it did not reach You.

Founder of Pulsed Media:
E-mail as a protocol and means of communication is in a very sad state when small businesses whole existence is being threatened by anti-spam actions. These issues has been an on-going dilemna for 8 months now, when our outgoing e-mail IP address changed. This caused a 15% dip in revenue for that particular month. That, is a lot of lost revenue. The Fuel of any business.

Spammers continue on spamming and acquiring new IPs, meanwhile whole subnets are getting blocked by anti-spam measures. Meanwhile, small businesses like ours pay dearly from the delivery issues of legitimate, opt-in e-mail and even sending out invoices! The real question remains - How many false positives there really are - when these big players are simply silently dropping e-mail and only way to confirm false positives are when a customer complains they did not receive their invoice / login details?

We will continue hard to make sure our e-mail is delivered - even if it means adding dozens of IPs and hosts to make certain that happens!
