They did NOT reach to us before hand, and went straight to suspension with just an e-mail sent to us.
Apparently, our website does not comply with their rules - whatever they may be. We've been using bitpay for a long time to facilitate bitcoin payments, so this is odd.
This results in bitcoin payment page not loading after clicking the button for bitcoin payment.
We have reached out to Bitpay to get things sorted out. ETA is unknown, and the compliance requirements are unknown.
It is a sad day to see something like this happen with a Bitcoin payment services provider, since one of the biggest benefits of Bitcoin is supposed to be that no one can halt your payments.
