Update #1: Issue has been tracked to a routing issue which is being investigated.
Update #2 & Resolution: It was a remote misdiagnosis at first which made it look like at fault is routing. The final reason was a documentation mistake made by someone resulting in complete blackout of the site. Actions will be taken to ensure this will not reoccur.
If your server is still down - please open a ticket immediately. It will be sorted out as soon as possible, and SLA will be applied.
