VAT Increase
Finnish goverment has decided to increase VAT by 1% starting 1st of July, 2010. At this date VAT will be increased to 23% from 22%. This affects only residents within EU and Finnish companies.
WHMCS billing bugs
Rather ironically as WHMCS is "The complete billing & support system", it is ridiculed with billing bugs. This time under fire is the service extensions after invoice payment. Sometimes, not always, but large enough percentage to warrant this notify, WHMCS fails to extend the due date for the service you've paid, despite invoice being marked correctly as paid.
In such cases, do not hesitate to email billing@pulsedmedia.com and we will promptly fix this. We are attempting to find the root cause for this.
