All 2009+ series services has been handled in regards of the upstream provider issue, some got replacements, very few prorata credit refunds (X2) to choose a replacement service. Almost in every single case of migration user was migrated to a newer, better server.

We are working now on bringing remainder of dedis and 2012 online.

NOTE: This does not affect all our services, about one third was affected. We are really sorry over the past 12hrs, and this is exactly the reason we are working to get to our own hardware - stability and reliability is what we strive for.
