Backlog catched up

We have now catched up the backlog, tomorrow are the last accounts to be provisioned from the order backlog which has been haunting us since the start. The servers for the last few accounts are being tested until tomorrow afternoon and after this there's no order backlog remaining.

This means we can finally concentrate on the last few 2010 to 2009+ transfers and clear the refund queue up as well.

We should be completely clear of all provisioning and order related backlogs by mid June, and several day order setups will ensue right after that, along with trial accounts. We will hold of new service releases a little bit further to reserve funds & resource for possible new order peaks.

Infrastructure development

We have been developing our dns cluster lately, and as this is finished there's only a several steps remaining before we get to work on automated new account setups, server to server account moves, suspensions & deletions etc. and central server management. This development in the background infrastructure will allow us to be more flexible than ever before, along with possible new service offerings.

In conclusion, we are doing better than ever!
