Automatic renewals
Many of you have made a subscription, while we had setup times of 3+ weeks, and these subscriptions are renewing before even the next invoice is created. Unfortunately, in such a case WHMCS is not able to connect the payment and invoice correctly, nor issuing credit. This means your invoice will be marked unpaid, and overtime to be overdue when it's not just.
In such a case, just e-mail to billing@pulsedmedia.com or open a support ticket via client portal, and we will promptly fix it for you.
Backlog
We approximate that only a bunch of servers are anymore needed to clear the backlog along with finish 2010 to 2009+ transfers, so we are very optimistic about reaching, and delivering the full backlog by 2nd week of June.
Extreme Storage series
Our very high storage series of servers will be available for public order at the moment when we reach 100% delivery on current orders. These offer very high value for high storage. Setup times are estimated to be under 2 weeks, and most likely within couple of days.
