Usually we receive very few tickets about transfer speeds, but lately the number has bumped up with other related network issues. These are still minimal, but enough to cause reason to inspect further.
So if you are experiencing packet loss, or lower than usual transfer rates currently, please submit a ticket with traceroute and ping results, along with what you were expecting to see. We will submit these to the DC for inspection. We also need to know who is your ISP.
