After web server upgrade our outbound e-mail IP got changed - This has again created a situation where Hotmail (and other Microsoft e-mail services) is not accepting e-mails originating from us, once again without even as much as bounce back.
We are trying to reach hotmail technical service to get this fixed asap.

In the meantime, it is possible that hotmail might accept e-mails from us for you by adding our primary e-mail address to your contact list:

Also check your spam/junk folder, blocked senders list and spam mail settings if you are expecting e-mail from us but not receiving it.

We are sorry for this situation and we are trying to find a solution to quickly have this fixed.
