Fetching content into your seedbox is always at full server link speed (10Gbps on 10G plans, 20Gbps on Dragon-R) and never counts toward your traffic limit. Getting your own files back out runs at full speed within your monthly allowance; only outbound internet traffic counts toward the cap, and even past it you're never cut off — all protocols hold at 100Mbps until your rolling usage drops back under.

On a quiet server your box gets all the processor speed it can use. Cores are how many tasks it runs at full speed side by side. The priority (Archive, Standard, Performance, High) decides your share only when the server is busy: a higher number gets a bigger slice.
When the disks are quiet you run at your plan's full speed. When many accounts read and write at the same moment, a higher I/O priority gets a bigger share of disk time.
Downloads never count. The traffic figure is how much you can upload, in GiB, over a rolling 30 days, and uploads between our seedboxes are not limited. Go over and uploads to the internet slow to 100 Mbps until your 30-day total is back under the figure. How the traffic limit works
