Superb Value rtorrent seedbox offer; High speed Upload, Large capacity for the money. Typically 24 users max per server, on 4 disk servers. Monthly average I/O service time is 46.70ms and utilization 22.26%, with 14.72 users on average per server (06/12/2018).

All servers connected at 1Gbps Full Duplex speed, only rTorrent speed is limited to 250Mbps upload and 100Mbps download. Traffic limit counts all upload (including HTTP) but only limits torrent upload speed, which is calculated from the last rolling 30days.

Download speed is heavily limited because this consumes the most resources on a server, writing to the drives is much more performance costlier than reading. Limiting download speed allows us to have more users on a server, and as such lower price. The emphasis all around on this series is to lower the cost of the seedbox, and as such quite severe traffic limits are also in place to ensure constant high performance.
