How does the traffic limit work?

Traffic limit is a set amount of data (usually in GiB) you can transmit over the past 30 days (month).
If this limit is met, your Torrent speed is limited to 10Mbps for the duration of time you are within the limit again.
FTP & SFTP access is unaffected and will remain at full speed.

Only upload is counted towards this, and includes all access methods & torrents seeding, every program running under your user account on the server.
