type screen -r rtorrent to restore rtorrent
use arrow keys to move to an affected torrent
push ctrl + k to stop the torrent
ctrl + s to start, it should now be unpaused
repeat for all torrents paused
ctrl + a + d to minimise rtorrent
then type exit to close putty/SSH
