How to upgrade or downgrade your Seedbox or Storage Box:
1) Order the new service from our website
2) Contact support and let us know you'd like to switch
We handle the rest:
- Your remaining prepaid time on the old service is automatically converted to days on the new plan
- No payment needed right now — your first invoice for the new service comes when the converted days are used up
- We migrate your data from the old service to the new one
- Your old service stays active during migration so nothing is lost
Important notes:
- Usernames must match between old and new service for data migration
- Large accounts (50TB+) may need a week or more for migration
- Switching plans means the new service will be at the current price for that plan — previous pricing does not carry over
- For downgrades, your remaining value converts to more days on the cheaper plan
