Tracker I use has IP based authentication, how can I authenticate seedbox IP with them?

You will need to login to shell via SSH, under windows using program called Putty.

There you can use a text-based browser to login to the tracker of your choice, using lynx.

Navigating with lynx is rather easy, for more information read https://www.cs.bu.edu/teaching/unix/lynx/

Some trackers use cookies as well, check if that is case on the torrent site / tracker you are using from their help or documentation.
