The good news is that our debugging efforts are finally making progress! We're trying a new approach to get to the root cause of the problem. We could apply a quick fix by auto-rebooting the nodes affected by the issue, but that would only be a temporary solution. The root cause would remain, and we'd still experience a few minutes of downtime randomly.
We want to assure you that we're committed to finding a permanent solution. We're not ready just to apply the duct tape just yet! We're focusing on fixing the root cause of this issue, and we're making progress in our testing.
When you're on the cutting edge, there are always a few hiccups. But rest assured, we're learning a lot from this experience and it's showing us the path forward. We're committed to resolving this issue before we move on to the next stage.
