Our provider is currently installing 2 new switches, the DC MDF (Main distribution frame) and switch for the Class C network our servers are on. This should help quite a bit.
There's currently no ETA from Cogent, despite peering issue has been delegated them long time ago. Peering issue happened when total bandwidth to the DC was increased.
We hope Cogent solves the peering issues swiftly.
