We've been notified this has been going once again.

Microsoft e-mail services tells our MTA that they accepted and forwarded to recipient our e-mail, but they truly just silently drop it. Hence breaking RFC standards.

We are not the only ones by far with this issue, for example PyPi issue here: https://github.com/pypa/pypi-support/issues/271

Solution: Move to using a reputable reliable e-mail service provider, none of the usual big ones since all of them do shenanigans like this and likes to spy on your e-mail. There are plenty others to choose from, such as tutanota, proton etc. Yahoo and Yandex we've not seen this happen, so they might be possible from big operators, but check their privacy policy first if they are allowed to read your email.

You can use subaccount on your billing profile to add the e-mail yourself, create a new billing profile and have services transferred over, or with strong security check (multiple factors) we can change your main e-mail address as well.
